Agile, what is it? There are many misconceptions about Agile and Agile working. In this course we will clarify these misconceptions. We will explain Agile and show you the Scrum framework.
You will learn the Agile mindset and the skills you need to apply Scrum. Every organisation is different, but if you master all parts of the Scrum framework you will be able to adapt. You will learn what works in what context.
Working with the power of Agile in a non-software environment. We offer a Scrum Master training course for people with a basic to intermediate experience with Scrum. Do you want to know how to apply Scrum in a non-software enviroment?
Topics include the Agile Manifesto and principles, the Scrum values, the Scrum pillars & empiricism, Scrum roles, events and artifacts, and refinement. There is emphasis on the Product Owner role and events in which the Product Owner plays an important part.
Good refinement is a collaborative practice that is key to succesful teams. In this training the participants learn several refinement practices and different ways to organize the refinement process. Using a combination of a fictional case and facilitated group work with Liberating Structures, there is room to apply theory as well as discuss your own refinement issues.
This is a measurement training course unlike any you’ve seen before. You’ll be measuring from the word go, and experience every facet of measurement definition, collection, reporting and analysis. The course matereial seemlessly combines “old” practices such as PSM and G/Q/M with “new” practices from Agile, Scrum, Kanban and Lean Startup.
